PromptForge is operated by YZO. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Payments and refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with the email address you used at checkout, or email us at support@promptforges.live and we will arrange it for you.
Renewals and cancellations
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals, and your paid features stay active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Refunds outside the 30-day window are considered case by case, for example where a renewal was clearly unintended.
Processing times
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Paddle typically processes them within a few business days, though your bank may take longer to show the credit.
