1. Who you are contracting with

PromptForge is owned and operated by YZO ("we", "us", "our"), trading as PromptForge. These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between you and YZO. You can reach us at support@promptforges.live.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account, accessing, or continuing to use PromptForge, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you are using PromptForge on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation. If you are using it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age to enter into a contract.

3. The service

PromptForge is a workspace for writing, versioning, comparing, and testing prompts against third-party AI models. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the plan you have selected.

4. Your account

You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service. In particular, you must not:

• use PromptForge for any unlawful purpose, or for fraud, spam, or abuse;
• infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• interfere with the security or integrity of the service, including probing, scanning, scraping, or introducing malware;
• attempt to circumvent plan limits, quotas, or technical restrictions;
• reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the service.

6. AI outputs and prompts

PromptForge sends the prompts you write to third-party AI models and returns their outputs. You are responsible for your prompts, for how you use the outputs, for verifying their accuracy, and for holding the rights to any content you input. Outputs are generated automatically, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and are not suitable as financial, legal, medical, or other regulated professional advice without qualified human oversight.

You must not use the service to generate illegal content, deepfakes of real people, hate speech, harassment, malware, or content designed to jailbreak or abuse third-party model providers. We may filter, refuse, remove, or restrict content and outputs, and may suspend accounts that repeatedly break these rules. If you believe content processed through the service infringes your rights, contact support@promptforges.live and we will review it; repeat infringers lose access.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of the prompts, versions, and results you store in PromptForge. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to operate and provide the service to you.

8. Our intellectual property

YZO retains all ownership of the PromptForge service, its software, documentation, and branding. Nothing in these terms transfers that ownership to you.

9. Service availability

We work to keep PromptForge available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Features may change, and third-party model providers may have their own outages and limits.

10. Payment and subscription terms

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, renewal, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Paid plans renew automatically for the billing period you selected until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. See our Refund Policy.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the service at any time. On termination you may export your data during a reasonable window, after which it may be deleted.

12. Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow exclusion.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify YZO against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

14. Changes, law, and contact

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
